Francisco and having Realtors in her family, it was natural for her to attend Anthony Schools to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1981. After working as an agent for a few years, Genie's career path led to the title and escrow area of the industry, where she worked for many years as Vice President/Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer. Having maintained her license and wanting to actively return to the sales area of the Real Estate industry, she is now associated with The Azari Group. Her true enjoyment of Real Estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Shawn joined Azari Property Management in early 2008. Michael Smith

Michael was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. As a young man he began pursuing odd jobs to make money. He went to community college but decided that he had bigger dreams to fulfil.

Michael has been a Bay Area resident for over 30 years. In 1986 he started his own company providing telecommunications/network services to Fortune 500 companies and expanded nationwide 6-years later until closing in 1999. In 1993 Michael obtained his Real Estate License. He joined our company in mid 2010 and has since acquired a wide clientele who swear by his vast industry knowledge and great etiquette.

Olga Kuznetsova

Client Relations Manager

Olga was born and grew up in Belarus, but moved to the USA in 2005. Her parents and 16-year-old sister live in the USA as well. She joined Azari Property Management in March 2010 as an administrative assistant and has since then on taken many roles in the company. For a certain period of time she was involved in the maintenance department and became the Maintenance Manager. As of recently, she has developed deep passion toward leasing and sales. While still being a part of the office staff, she likes to get out to the properties making sure they are ready for move in. She knows and remembers every client, be it the owner of a multi-million dollar home, or a renter in a tiny Richmond district studio. She is a proud member of the great team at Azari Property Management and hopes to help the company grow and achieve the greatest levels of success in business.

Jenny Filchenko

Accounting Supervisor

Jenny was born and grew up in Ukraine’s capital city, Kyiv, where she studied and completed a four year degree in tourism management. Jenny moved to the United States in May 2005, and has been a San Francisco resident ever since. Wherever she worked, she has always demonstrated high intellect, superior attention to detail and a great sense of responsibility toward carrying out her duties. She joined Azari PM in mid 2010 as a junior accountant and was promoted to accounting supervisor in summer, 2011. She is happy to be a part of Azari Property Management team and believes that through hard work and dedication she can help the company continue to grow and prosper while gaining valuable career experience.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys tending to her large assortment of orchids and cactuses, following European soccer and travelling to various exciting destinations in California and abroad.

Mehdi Star

Fiduciary Division Manager

Mehdi was born and raised in the Bay Area and treats it like his home. He has lived in San Jose, gone to school at UC Berkeley, and now he is pursuing a JD at USF School of Law. Mehdi also assists our VP of Commercial Division with commercial leasing. His motto: smart investments and right choices, if nothing else then hard work. He does his best to make the most of every opportunity he is given.

Eugene Chupkin

Director of Information Technology

Having grown up in San Francisco and taking part in the High Tech industry when it was all being created, Eugene has always been very interested in what makes things tick since his early childhood. Eugene started doing software development in middle school and has never stopped. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.

Eugene has worked with a dozen corporations as a

private consultant, many of which were start-up companies that became public or have been acquired. Most recently Eugene has served as IT Director and Vice President of Information Services. Eugene joined Azari Property Management as a technical consultant in the early 2008 and more recently serves as Director of Information Technology. William Wang

Will moved to San Francisco from Cambridge Massachusetts after graduating from college in 2009. He has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Harvard University and a Master of Accountancy degree from Golden Gate University. Prior to join Azari Property Management, Will worked at MIT ESP’s Mars Foundation as the operations manager, Citibank as the financial associate, and other financial institutions .

Michael Smith Jr. was born in Walnut Creek, California but then moved to San Francisco which is where he grew up. The financial transactions of our clients are managed within a system of checks and balances and strict separation of duties are maintained as required by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ms. Manzar Azari, have over 20 years experience of working as financial executives for multi million dollar companies in United States and she will manage and oversee all the daily activities of accounting transactions for making sure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports to our investors.
