Eugenia (Genie) A. Mantzoros

Born and raised in one of the most beautiful and desirable places to live, San Francisco, and has never left. Genie loves this city with all of its wonderful neighborhoods and diversity of people from all over the world who come to live and work here.  As a graduate of Lowell High School, she attended San Francisco State University obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management in 1979. Since she came from an entrepreneurial family who owned businesses in San

Francisco and having Realtors in her family, it was natural for her to attend Anthony Schools to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1981.  After working as an agent for a few years, Genie's career path led to the title and escrow area of the industry, where she worked for many years as Vice President/Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer.  Having maintained her license and wanting to actively return to the sales area of the Real Estate industry, she is now associated with The Azari Group.   Her true enjoyment of Real Estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio.  The successes she has enjoyed in her career have stemmed from her business goals and philosophies which include: be honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of ethics and the utmost integrity; professional, responsive, efficient, friendly and caring; deliver superior customer service; hold to a high standard of excellence.

She is a member of The Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA), 2009 elected VP of membership of the Women’s Council of Realtors ( WCR),

member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Brandon Temple
Vice President of Operations

Brandon Temple joined Azari Property Management as Vice President of Operations and Project Management in 2009.  Brandon has an extensive background throughout the Real Estate Industy.  He started his career on the residential real estate side mentoring under one of the top 15 agents in the country performing project management and marketing functions in addition to being a licensed real estate agent.  From there, his experience expanded to the financial side of the business.  He served several years as a loan officer and then sales manager for a boutique real estate firm on the Peninsula. Afterwards Brandon went on to become a top producing sales representive for the wholesale lending market working with top financial institutions such as Washington Mutual and AIG.  With over 13 years of experience in Real Estate, Brandon Temple is committed to top level service and solution management. He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently resides in San Bruno with his wife Anfisa and their baby daughter Olivia.

Vice President of Business Development

Inna joined Azari Property Management back in 2006 and was the first full time employee of the company. She has devoted herself completely to her clientele and ensuring that their experience with Azari Property Management goes as smoothly as possible. Inna has a diverse professional background with prior experience in the residential real estate and mortage lending. This has given her the ability to quickly identify her customers needs and prepare a plan of action to promptly achieve her clientele's goals. Inna currently is leading the company's Los Angeles division while attending college at UCLA. In her freetime Inna enjoys skiing, cultural music and dance, hanging out with friends and her boyfriend Andre.

Vice President of Project Management

Fred Rasti joined Azari Property Management in mid 2008.  Fred comes to the company with knowledge and experience in all phases of construction, including single and multi family home and commercial construction.

Fred also has many years experience as a general contractor directing home additions, renovations and full remodeling projects.  Fred is well known as a very conscientious quality minded builder of fine homes.

Mr. Rasti and his family have resided in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 14 years, with the expert capability and skill to easily distribute, delegate, and manage the many areas encompassing a construction project from site development to contracting complete construction operations.  Fred has an excellent track record of successful projects and is experienced in coordinating all of the trades and making sure contracts are fulfilled.

Eugene Chupkin

Director  of Information Technology

Having grown up in San Francisco and taking part in the High Tech industry when it was all being created, Eugene has always been very interested in what makes things tick since his early childhood. Eugene started doing software development in middle school and has never stopped.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.

Eugene has worked with a dozen corporations as a

private consultant, many of which were start-up companies that became public or have been acquired.  Most recently Eugene has served as IT Director and Vice President of Information Services.  Eugene joined Azari Property Management as a technical consultant in the early 2008 and more recently serves as Director of Information Technology.  Eugene can be reached at 415-772-1977 or by email at info@azaripm.com.

Ms. Manzar Azari, have over 20 years experience of working as financial executives for multi million dollar companies in United States and she will manage and oversee all the daily activities of accounting transactions for making sure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports to our investors.
