Born and raised in one of the most beautiful and desirable places to live, San Francisco, and has never left. Genie loves this city with all of its wonderful neighborhoods and diversity of people from all over the world who come to live and work here.  As a graduate of Lowell High School, she attended San Francisco State University obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management in 1979. Since she came from an entrepreneurial family who owned businesses in San Francisco and having Realtors in her family, it was natural for her to attend Anthony Schools to become a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1981.  After working as an agent for a few years, Genie's career path led to the title and escrow area of the industry, where she worked for many years as Vice President/Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer.  Having maintained her license and wanting to actively return to the sales area of the Real Estate industry, she is now associated with The Azari Group.   Her true enjoyment of Real Estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio.  The successes she has enjoyed in her career have stemmed from her business goals and philosophies which include: be honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of ethics and the utmost integrity; professional, responsive, efficient, friendly and caring; deliver superior customer service; hold to a high standard of excellence.

She is a member of The Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA), 2009 elected VP of membership, 2010 President Elect and 2011 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), San Francisco Chapter. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Sopida Siadat

After graduating from Shahrara high school in Tehran, Iran, Sopida moved to Sweden where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Jonkoping University. In 1996 she moved to San Francisco Bay Area and began working in real estate, construction, property renovation, lease and rentals. She is currently a Realtor and a financial and investment consultant. In addition to Real Estate license, Sopida holds General Engineering Contractors License (type A) and Notary Public. She has been involved in construction, renovation, sales, rental, and lease of many properties in San Francisco Bay Area.

Sopida’s strong background in construction is a strong assets to clients who wish to make improvements to their properties before listing them for sale, lease or rental. Most properties sell or lease at a substantially higher price with minor renovations and improvements.

Michael Smith

Michael was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. As a young man he began pursuing odd jobs to make money. He went to community college but decided that he had bigger dreams to fulfil.

Michael has been a Bay Area resident for over 30 years. In 1986 he started his own company providing telecommunications/network services to Fortune 500 companies and expanded nationwide 6-years later until closing in 1999. In 1993 Michael obtained his Real Estate License. He joined our company in mid 2010 and has since acquired a wide clientele who swear by his vast industry knowledge and great etiquette.

The City and County of San Francisco is the fourth most populous city in California and the 12th most populous city in the United States, with a 2008 estimated population of 808,976. It is the second most densely populated major city in the U.S. and is the financial, cultural, and transportation center of the larger San Francisco Bay Area, a region of more than seven million people. The city is located at the northern end of the San Francisco Peninsula, with the Pacific Ocean to the west and San Francisco Bay to the north and east.

In 1776, the Spanish established a fort at the Golden Gate and a mission named for Francis of Assisi. The California Gold Rush in 1848 propelled the city into a period of rapid growth, transforming it into the largest city on the West Coast at the time. After being devastated by the 1906 earthquake and fire, San Francisco was quickly rebuilt, hosting the Panama-Pacific International Exposition nine years later. During World War II, San Francisco was the send-off point for many soldiers to the Pacific Theater.
