Shahab was born in Tehran Iran.  After graduating from high school in Tehran he came to the United States to further his education. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.

He moved to Northern California and managed various restaurants in the Bay Area for several years. A few years later he acquired his Pharmacy Technician license (both California and National) in 2002 with a GPA of 4.0. He worked in retail and hospital pharmacies for 6 years.

He became interested in Real Estate concept through a friend that ignited a passion within him and he has been working in this field for several years since.

Shahab currently lives in Berkeley California. His daughter Melissa lives and works in London England, and his youngest daughter Nahal lives in Southern California where she is attending college. The financial statements prepared by Azari Property Management for our clients and the internal controls and systems we maintain are often audited by outside accounting firms with no material deficiencies being found. The financial transactions of our clients are managed within a system of checks and balances and strict separation of duties are maintained as required by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ms. Manzar Azari, have over 20 years experience of working as financial executives for multi million dollar companies in United States and she will manage and oversee all the daily activities of accounting transactions for making sure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports to our investors.
