Having resided for over 20 years in San Jose, Nasrin is intimately familiar with all of the neighborhoods in the South Bay.  She has seen the changes and development in the individual communities over the past years and understands the city as only a San Jose native can.  Nasrin earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She has been a California real estate agent for the last 13 years.  For the past 25 years, Nasrin has worked in public relations and as a retail sales executive; where she developed an expertise in the areas of management and sales and marketing.  As a homeowner and investment property owner in San Jose, Nasrin also has first-hand experience in investment property management and remodeling. She has a wealth of resources that she shares with clients in all trades and is intimately familiar with the construction process and city regulations.  Nasrin is a proud mother of Mahshid and Farshad.  She lives in Los Gatos with her husband Ralph.

Ms. Manzar Azari, have over 20 years experience of working as financial executives for multi million dollar companies in United States and she will manage and oversee all the daily activities of accounting transactions for making sure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports to our investors.
