Originally from Southern Iran (Ahwaz), Manzar moved to Southern California in 1974 and has been a San Francisco/Bay Area resident since 1993. She started buying real estate in her twenties and has become a successful real estate investor.  With properties in a number of locations, worldwide, Manzar experienced many different property management services.

On October 1st, 2006, from the living room of her condo, Manzar started her own company that will combine all of the positive qualities she appreciated from her own property managers. Manzar incorporated the company in May 2010.

She has created a company that makes customer service the top priority and designed her services to include:  24/7 availability, in-house maintenance services, property inspections, frequent communication with both owners and tenants.  The best part is that these comprehensive services are included free of charge.

Manzar has the experience with investment decisions to help clients identify the best solution for their property, with over twenty years’ experience in real estate, human resources, sales and marketing, M &A....and finance as a successful financial executive for many corporations including: Chief Financial Officer at Security Financial Management, Inc., Director of Finance & Administration at Triton Funding Group, Inc., Controller at LVL Communication, Inc., Corporate Treasurer at AMS Aviation Management Systems, Inc. ( M&A consultant worked with Deloitte & Touche and UBS towards acquiring AMS in Phoenix, Arizona ), Accounting Executive at Countrywide Funding, Inc. and See's Candies Inc. and finally Chief Financial Officer at State of World Forum.

She also holds a Masters degree in Business Management. 

Manzar was very close to her father and his success as an influential businessman is her role model.  Manzar keeps her father in mind whenever she makes a creative business decision.

 

As an entrepreneur, Manzar is known for her innovation, but she is also known for her patience, honesty and humor. She listens closely and carefully to her clients and speaks honestly to set realistic expectations and help you make educated decisions. The firm's core values of honesty, integrity and objectivity are the foundation of the relationship with her clients .

 

Manzar is personally family oriented and she values her employees and clients the same way she treats her own family, including two children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves to cook and bake. She can also be found bike riding through the city with her husband John ( Yianni).

At Azari Property Management, our philosophy is to make customer service a top priority, both for the property owner and the tenant, and vision is to make property management easy and peace of mind for our investors.  We understand that each property is unique, and as a small company, we have the flexibility to tailor our services to our client’s individual/particular needs and investment goals.  

 

One reason I started The Azari Group was because I was dissatisfied with the property managers I had hired.  As a property investor, I know the importance of good management, so I have assembled and trained a team that makes customer service a top priority and includes  24/7 availability, in-house maintenance services, property inspections, frequent communication with both owners and tenants – free of charge.  I also have experience with homeowner associations, as a condominium owner and HOA Board Member and Officer, and we can provide these services as well. 

We designed our comprehensive services with the small investor in mind.  Some of our clients have one investment property – others have dozens.  We help meet the needs of our real estate investors by offering a range of services, from Property Management, Tenant Acquisition, Record Keeping, and Relocation to locating a new property for a 1031 exchange or selling your current rental property.

 

I have worked hard over the years to assemble a talented team of results-oriented individuals who place the customer first and are dedicated to increasing the cash flow and appreciation value of your real estate investment. My years as a financial executive and advanced education (MBA) give me the experience and knowledge to deliver services that meet the needs of both landlords and tenants.   My clients especially appreciate my negotiation skills, which help maximize their investment income by getting the best price or highest rent.
