After working as an agent for a few years, Genie's career path led to the title and escrow area of the industry, where she worked for many years as Vice President/Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer. Having maintained her license and wanting to actively return to the sales area of the Real Estate industry, she is now associated with The Azari Group. Her true enjoyment of Real Estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio. She is a member of The Professional Property Management Association of San Francisco (PPMA), 2009 elected VP of membership, 2010 President Elect and 2011 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), San Francisco Chapter. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors.

Gloria Renovato

Gloria comes to The Azari Group with over 10 years of office administration and customer service experience ranging from start up to corporate level. Born, raised and educated in the heart of Central California, Gloria is a proud graduate of Fresno High School an International Baccalaureate World School and has a two year degree from Fresno City College. Gloria strongly believes in the mission and vision of The Azari Group and since family is very important to her she is a good fit. Gloria relocated to San Francisco in 2010 and is the mother of two boys ages 19 and 23. Gloria loves the diversity, culture and rich history of the city. Marianne Osberg

Marianne hails from the Peninsula, with a family of community advocates and local educators. A current Burlingame resident, Marianne is a firm believer in giving back to her community. She currently serves as 2011 Education Chair, California State Women's Council of REALTORS and 2011 Nominating Chair, San Mateo County Women's Council of REALTORS which provides educational forums and events for industry professionals and our community. She is also on the 2011 Advisory Committee, Bay Area REALTORS Leadership Academy, an academy for REALTORS to hone the skills and tools to become leaders in their local REALTOR Associations, City Council and beyond. Michael was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. As a young man he began pursuing odd jobs to make money. He went to community college but decided that he had bigger dreams to fulfil.

Michael has been a Bay Area resident for over 30 years. In 1986 he started his own company providing telecommunications/network services to Fortune 500 companies and expanded nationwide 6-years later until closing in 1999. In 1993 Michael obtained his Real Estate License. He joined our company in mid 2010 and has since acquired a wide clientele who swear by his vast industry knowledge and great etiquette.

Jenny Filchenko

Accounting Supervisor

Jenny was born and grew up in Ukraine’s capital city, Kyiv, where she studied and completed a four year degree in tourism management. Jenny moved to the United States in May 2005, and has been a San Francisco resident ever since. Wherever she worked, she has always demonstrated high intellect, superior attention to detail and a great sense of responsibility toward carrying out her duties. She joined Azari PM in mid 2010 as a junior accountant and was promoted to accounting supervisor in summer, 2011. She is happy to be a part of Azari Property Management team and believes that through hard work and dedication she can help the company continue to grow and prosper while gaining valuable career experience.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys tending to her large assortment of orchids and cactuses, following European soccer and travelling to various exciting destinations in California and abroad.

Yong Zhi Wu

After migrating to United States from China in 1994, Yong developed a passion and interest in Real Estate industry. In 2006 he acquired his Real Estate license. Yong joined Azari Property Management in 2008 and has quickly become one of Azari Property Managements top producers. He currently resides in San Francisco with his wife Susan and their son Kenny. Eugene Chupkin

Director of Technology

Having grown up in San Francisco and taking part in the High Tech industry when it was being created, Eugene has always been very interested in what makes things tick since his early childhood. Eugene started doing software development in middle school and has never stopped. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.

Eugene has worked with a dozen corporations as a

private consultant, many of which were start-up companies that became public or have been acquired. Most recently Eugene has served as IT Director and Vice President of Information Services. Eugene joined Azari Property Management as a technical consultant in the early 2008 and more recently serves as Director of Technology. Mehdi was born and raised in the Bay Area and treats it like home. He's lived in San Jose, gone to school at UC Berkeley, and is now pursuing a JD at USF School of Law. The financial statements prepared by Azari Property Management for our clients and the internal controls and systems we maintain are often audited by outside accounting firms with no material deficiencies being found. The financial transactions of our clients are managed within a system of checks and balances and strict separation of duties are maintained as required by Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ms. Manzar Azari, have over 20 years experience of working as financial executives for multi million dollar companies in United States and she will manage and oversee all the daily activities of accounting transactions for making sure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports to our investors.
